This is a great book that I've used to get ideas of things to do with my toddler. It divides the activities into different sections: (1) Activities for Listening & Talking (books/pictures/conversation)(2) Activities for Physical Development (gross/fine motor skills) (3) Creative Activities (art/blocks/dramatic play/music) and (4) Activities for Learning about the World (nature/numbers/five senses/shapes/size/color)
It's full of great ideas! I highly recommend it for parents and teachers alike.
