This book was brought to my attention by a man who is prison. He asked me to share time out of my busy life to have discussions with him on passages he reads from this book.He wants to improve hisself so as to gain my interest in him & keep that interest. He has really helped me build up my self esteem & worth. Please pray for him he is a good man & I am becoming quit fond of him. I really enjoy the passages we share. There is some great wisdom & good advice within this books pages.

This is a great book of meditations. I used to keep this book on my desk at work. The daily passages are just enough for a brief meditation before beginning the work day.
