AN ACT To amend section 11 of an act entitled "An act to establish a board of revenue for Jefferson county; and for the abolishment of the court of county commissioners of said county." Be it enacted by the Legislature of Alabama: Section 1. That section 11 of an act to establish a board of revenue for Jefferson county; and for the abolishment of the court of county commissioners be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: That each member of the board of revenue for Jefferson county shall receive a salary of $3,600.00 per annum, to be paid in monthly installments of |300, out of the county treasury, on the certificate, or warrant signed by the president of said board. All laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this act is to take effect upon its passage and approval by the Governor. Approved February 5, 1915. No. 31.) (S. 134 -- Burns.
