I've been adding series information, because I find that useful, but honestly most of the information asked for is not the kind I would ever be interested in, so I rarely bother to fill it in. Do you bother? |

I really like when it has the number in a series. So I try and add that. And any info I have on books that are not yet released. |

I fill out the whole thing as I finish a book. I've done half a dozen or so now, and I've always been the first one to put anything for that book. |

Nope, I don't bother. I don't get the point of the Wiki (don't even really know what it is) just like I don't get the point of tags. Don't use them, don't want to see them. Just more clutter for the page. |

Ditto what Sarah said. When I order a book, it's either from my wishlist or else I've looked it up elsewhere so already know what I need to know about it. I hate the cluttery things--I have tags blocked and don't even look at the wiki thing. Cheryl |

I fill it in when I finish the book -but I agree with Willa - the information isn't of interest to me except for book in series and maybe the character's - because I do forget primary character's are with which book - mostly romance. Other than that the information is relevant. There may be other readers who find it useful and since I read the book - it doesn't do any harm. The things that I like about the wiki (and that I fill out) are: 1. series 2. primary characters 3. awards Because I would DEFINITELY find books by awards, if I could on this site. |

I don't fill it out, seems like I am just retyping information list once or twice farther up the screen. I liked the idea of series, but seeing that they didn't allow for more than one listing, it won't work for anthologies so that's just repeating what is in most titles. |

I have entered the series information on some of my books. I hate having to hunt all over to figure out what order they go in. |

I've done a few. I can't think right now what it is, but there is something missing in the categories available that I wish was there. I do have to do it when I just finish Or almost finish a book, because all the names and other details vanish from my memory. I do also mention which book is which in a series. I do see questions from members on the forums now and then trying to get the title of a book that had certain events or characters in them that they can't remember, but I can't figure how that would help unless it all gets searchable at some point. I do see how it might help if you are wondering if you've ever read that book since so many are now being re-published under new covers or ISBN's. Ruth |

Nope, not using it at all and really wish I could just turn it off, the same way tags can be turned off. |

I did one time, just to see what it was like but I do all my notations and 'tagging' at my LibraryThing accounts, that's where it matters most to me, plus BYRON has just about anything I'd want to know about my books.

I have been completing them as I finish books. I do this assuming that it will eventually help people searching for certain topics. I hope all my hard work is not in vain. |
