Is this possible.  The title of the book  is 2006 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code  and it has an ASIN not an ISBN. 

While possible (in theory though lots of steps), at this point, it won't do you much good.

The only way that a book without an ISBN can be posted to a wishlist is by reposting the exact same copy that had been received through PBS.  That rarely happens.  So, if a book is not in the PBS system, there would be no use to adding it just to add it to a wishlist.

I keep dreaming that would change, but as things are currently set up, that could cause some other problems.

How many digits are in the ASIN code? Have you tried entering the ASIN coded to see if matches anything under ALL BOOKS here at all?

ASINs are Amazon's book order number not a standard number assigned to the book.  Try doing an advanced search under the book's ISBN 0877656975 and "search type" for all books not just posted books. (ISBN's are fairly easy to find on the internet by typing in isbn for "book title")
