Is there such a thing? I went to print my postage like I always do and I got a message that postage couldn't be printed on wrapper for this address. The first thing I did was take it off of the printable postage and act like I was going to print it to take to post office to mail. The address is a "normal" address! I printed it to take it to the post office (which I was trying to avoid) and thought I would ask here and see if any of you had run into this.

Thanks!

It happened to me this morning, too, Collette. It's usually an error from the mailing service PBS uses. If you wait a few minutes, it usually returns to normal. I just went back to my 'main' screen and clicked 'print wrapper' again and had no problem.

Here's information about it from the Help Center:

I am getting the message "electronic postage cannot be used for this address".  What does this mean?

  • This message "electronic postage is currently not available for this address" is an error message from endicia.com, our online postage provider, and often it just goes away if the sender tries again to print after a few minutes.

Well that worked but it cost me a bit extra with having to pay for DC yet again on the new label but I guess I'll live with that since I don't have to go to the post office.

Thanks again for the help.

I had the same problem a few months ago and now PBS is holding my 5.00 and I can't get it back...funny that I sell  and buy on ebay all the time, both receiving printed postage and sending pkgs. with printed postage. I sure would like my $$ back! deb in AL
