Is there such a thing? I went to print my postage like I always do and I got a message that postage couldn't be printed on wrapper for this address. The first thing I did was take it off of the printable postage and act like I was going to print it to take to post office to mail. The address is a "normal" address! I printed it to take it to the post office (which I was trying to avoid) and thought I would ask here and see if any of you had run into this. Thanks! |

It happened to me this morning, too, Collette. It's usually an error from the mailing service PBS uses. If you wait a few minutes, it usually returns to normal. I just went back to my 'main' screen and clicked 'print wrapper' again and had no problem. Here's information about it from the Help Center: I am getting the message "electronic postage cannot be used for this address". What does this mean?

Well that worked but it cost me a bit extra with having to pay for DC yet again on the new label but I guess I'll live with that since I don't have to go to the post office. Thanks again for the help. |

I had the same problem a few months ago and now PBS is holding my 5.00 and I can't get it back...funny that I sell and buy on ebay all the time, both receiving printed postage and sending pkgs. with printed postage. I sure would like my $$ back! deb in AL |
