The main (female) character in this book is an Air Force Colonel. I thought just that much of it was interesting and unusual. However, after moving back to a town she had lived in as a child, strange things start happening to Jess. And that brings her to the attention of the local police chief. He likes Jess, but Jess wants nothing to do with any police officers. Read this book and find out why..
