This book was totally surpising and not like anything I have read from Ms Gregory. I laughed out loud, was shocked and irritated. A good romp and fast read. Delightful! Sad when the story was over. I would love to follow Alice...
This was a quirky book - not at all what I expected from Phillippa Gregory. If you like quick, snappy books with odd characters you will enjoy this book. If you are expecting a historical book - skip it.
