This cookie was filled with so many great ideas. I was surprised as most of them were ones I had't heard of and I am an avid baker. There were simple drop cookies and bar cookies but there were also a lot fo unusual deocrated and fun cookies that would be great for kids, their school classes and bake sales. One I really like was the peanut butter and jelly cookie. The cookie is made to look like a slice of bread(made from store bought sugar cookies rolls) and with the peanut butter and jelly in the middle. A really nice book!
