Badly written. Skipped through some to get to the end.
Rita Mae is always fun to read!
True, this is not a classic Rita Brown book. As a lesbian, I was thrown off on a little threesome scene in the middle, but I did think that it brought something different to the story line. Sometimes they can get so predictable - girl meets girl, they get busy, fight and make up and live happily ever after. This is not that book. I ended up liking the book, waded through the parts I didn't like and loved the ending. Not a bad book to read to pass time.
This is the worst book I ever read. The writing was terrible, I don't know how it even got published. The characters were annoying. The threesome seemed to be thrown in there to please straight men. Disgusting.
Not one of Brown's best.
In my opinion, this is an OK book...rather light; predictable
Typical Rita Mae! Funny, warm and real characters.
Not really my type of book. Overall OK but seems a little unrealistic.
