Aisha is almost thirty in a country where women dont usually make it past 24 single. She is in a dead end job in a big city meeting people from all over, yet Mr. Right just doesnt seem to be anywhere. She and her friends drown their sorrows in drinking and participate in several different schemes trying to get help with finding a man. Finally a good man comes to town and twice she is caught in embarrassing moments that she has a tendency to get into.
This was a very light read. It was interesting to read about single life in India.

This 1st novel is a mix of Bridget Jone's Diary and Sex in the City but with the time and place being modern day India. Written in a fast pace 1st person narrative it is colorful and filled with diva characters. Hotel manager Aisha is almost 30 and fully occupied with finding a husband.
