It's a long shot, but I have stumbled into a few here at PBS, so I thought I'd post.  (No, I'm not looking for "special deals" on these - just looking to see if anyone has any!)

We are always looking for books with the "fancier" bindings.   The "leather-look" bindings with the pretty lettering on the cover & spine - that sort of thing.   Back before we left Orlando, we used to run into some of these for $3-$5 on sale at Borders or Barnes & Noble - both of them actually published their own "leatherbound" or "faux leather" editions of different classics.   Gramercy, Chatham River Press, Longmeadow Press are a few other publishers that have put out editions like this.

We have **NO** regular bookstores at all where we live now - totally ghastly & unbelievable, I know!!   Not even a used book store.    The few thrift stores we have don't have much of any books at all.   So, PBS has become our main "used book store" to keep our library going (along w/ various online sources)

Again, I know it's a long shot, but I've gotten TWO lovely editions like this off of PBS already, so if anyone has a book like this, I'm always looking for more!    (No matter how old this post gets, this is an ongoing search, so contact me anytime if you do have a book like this!)
