I always tried to to diet wich only lasted about 2 to 3 days but now I consider it being healthy and for 3 weeks I have been doing excellent what im amazed about I lost 5 pounds and the bloating wich I thought was fat has gone down drastically in my stomach ..Im not starving myself but I have to admit I cut out everything that I know has sugar meaning all the junk that I love..but never before have I gotten this far ... is anyone else seeing results in what there doing.. |

Congratulations, Denise!! That's wonderful that you are seeing the rewards for your efforts. Keep up the good work! Remember that you don't have to completely deprive yourself of the things you like and you can treat yourself to things you like in moderation. I've just started a new "diet" in hopes of losing 10 pounds. I eat well, i dont eat sugar or anything, but my problem was exercising more... so i've been making an effort to get at least 30 minutes in every day. So far so good. Though I haven't seen any results, I feel fantastic...so much better than i have in the past. |

Isn't it great?!!! Congratulations. And the longer you go without sugar, the less you'll crave it. Try to remember that bread n pasta are processed as sugar in your system. You should go whole wheat if you must eat them. |
