Ambling and Scrambling on the Appalachian Trail
Ambling and Scrambling on the Appalachian Trail
Author: James M and Hertha E Flack
James and Hertha Flack did not start out with the idea of hiking the entire Appalachian Trail, nor with the idea of writing a book about the adventure. However, in their sixties, the parents of four and grandparents of eight, Jim and Tah were just as eager to take on new challenges as at any other times in their lives.

Not really a cohesive narrative. Just a collection of travels on various portions of the trail over 15 years.

I recommend Skywalker. The authors last name is Walker and he is tall. So his handle is Skywalker.
