This book is four stories in one. Christian Romance. Great stories!

"An Apple a Day"
Brian Coridan is a burned-out medical doctor. Talia Fountain is a health food store owner who hopes to have a boom in business by adding to her wares sugar-free, homemade apple pies, but Brian is taking offense with some of her products' claims to health. Could Brian come to realize that what he's hungered for is the exact thing Talia has to offer?

"Sweet as Apple Pie"
Construction foreman Adam Harper enjoys the simple things in life while Kayli Johnson yearns to make a name for herself among the wealthy and famous, creating fantastic desserts. Will Kayli continue her European training, or will she turn in her apron to create Adam's favorite pie?

"Apple Annie"
Brad Reed, frequent patron of the Apple Valley Farm Restaurant, is a confirmed bachelor and everyone's favorite customer. He has loved Apple Annie from the start, but he's sure there can never be a serious relationship between them. After all, why would a woman like Annie saddle herself with a man like him?

"Apple Pie in Your Eye"
Rick Meyers had loved Lynette Charleston, the pastor's daughter, from his youth, but she doesn't date people from her father's congregation. When church obligations force them together, will he be able to show her that, together, they can make a congregation of their own?

Four short stories centered around the Apple Pie theme; even includes recipes! Very cute book and a light read.

I especially enjoyed the third story in this anthology, as the hero is handicapped, which is unusual, as mostly hero's are perfect male specimens without any physical limitations. All of the stories are delightful and quick reads. They are worth the time spent reading them..

Four contempary romance novels, each by a different author - with apples somewhere in the plot. Each are amusing, but a good story. After each novel, a recipe for a delicious apple pie. A bonus.
Choose which short story you want to read, bake an apple pie, and enjoy both on a cool fall day. Don't know of a better way to enjoy both!

I enjoy Christian fiction but this book for me had too much religion in it I found it interfered with the plots. All four stories were interesting and I like the characters I just wished that I didn't feel as if the authors thought that we had to be constantly reminded that this was a Christian fiction book.

This was a great anthology - all 4 of the stories were good!

If it's true that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, then what better way to entice the typical American male than with apple pie? Talia believes An Apple a Day and a few herbs are the key to healthy living, but Dr. Coridan scoffs at the natural products she sells in her store. Can a slice of warm pie neutralize the friction between them?

Kayli wants to prove herself as a French pastry chef, but Adam prefers simple cooking, believing there's nothing as Sweet as Apple Pie. Can their plain and fancy lifestyles mesh?

Apple Annie loves running her father's restaurant, and she is fast falling in love with the handsome man who always orders her apple pie. But when she is about to lose everything, can Brad help her?

Lynette is a hard worker at church and not at all interested in a church romance. When she is paired with Rick on a fund-raiser, will a little Apple Pie in His Eye help Rick break down the walls around Lynette's heart? As friendship is allowed to ripen and blended with love and grace, a recipe for a wonderful, lasting relationship is formed. When it comes to romance, the sweetest desserts are no match for God's timing.
