The American Century cookbook is a fun compilation of years worth of research into the explosion of change the American food landscape experienced during the 20th Century. It includes rare, hard-to-find recipes that will remind you of old favorites grandma used to make. It's chock-full of weird, fun, and unusual facts about well-known products. I especially enjoyed the recipes that came from manufacturer contests.
