Amish Christmas Twins contains three heartwarming Amish Christmas stories with the theme of twins. I found the tales to be well-written and engaging. The Christmas Not-Wish by Shelley Shepard Gray is part of The Walnut Creek Series. Fans of the series will be delighted with charming novella. We get to see E.A. and Will Kurtz get their dream of children and in a way they never expected. New Beginning is a touching story. I could feel the pain that Elizabeth is experiencing. I enjoyed the descriptions of the Christmas items at the shop as well as the beautiful Nativity sets that Luke carved. Twins Times Two is a humorous story with two sets of twin boys from twin mothers. The boys are more mischievous than their mothers ever were (and people thought it was not possible). I enjoyed the faith messages in each story especially that we must let go and trust God. I know that it something that I struggle with each day. Christmas is a time for miracles, and we get to see one in each sweet novella. The stories in Amish Christmas Twins will get you in the mood for the holiday season.

I've been reading some heavier subject material lately and wanted something lighter and more uplifting. This book fit that well. It's actually three shorts in one book - all based on Amish life. Very good, light, uplifting read.

There are 3 excellent stories here.

The Christmas Not Wish- an Amish couple get 2 foster children and decide to adopt them, only she finds out that she is pregnant with twins. So they get 4 children in one year. Their foster children have had 6 families in the 3 years since their parents died and they misunderstand just about everything that their foster parents do.They believe that they are not sincere and will dump them as first chance. It is an interesting year.

New Beginnings Elizabeth is grieving her husband Owen's and unborn baby's death a year ago. Later Elizabeth is almost killed by a van hitting her and Luke, her deceased husband's best friend grabs her and saves her life. Luke loves Elizabeth but fears rejection and Elizabeth feels the same way about Luke. Luke buys and gives her a hand carved Baby Jesus for Christmas. Elizabeth wonders if it is possible for her and Luke to have a future together.

Twins times two- Two secret, stubborn people are thrown together to help 2sets of twins help their parents to have a nice Christmas surprise!
