As the last book in a family that you have learned to love, this book was disapointing. Ralphie Chickalini is the baby in a family of 5, 2 mothering sisters and 2 big brothers. Everyone has always protected Ralphie who was raised without a mother. He doesn't like change and this book is all about change. As someone who doesn't mind change but hates to let go of people and loves tradition I feel for Ralphie. I like my books to be light and fun like my movies. I mean after all isn't that why we read romance novels? In That's Amore Ralphie is dealing with his fathers death, having to sell the childhood (and the only one hes known) home, and the family all going thier own ways. It was a decent enough book, but i just felt that this family deserved a better ending. Happy reading.
