Book Description
When Megan Likely, newly-elected senator from Wisconsin, arrives in Washington, D.C., she's met by a rash of frightening incidents ranging from a ransacked hotel room to a car bombing to a shocking murder. Had her former fiancee been right to discourage her from running for office? This isn't at all what she'd expected! Yet Megan's godly grandmother insists that she is chosen of God and will be protected and watched over, and sometimes it does seem as if an angel guards her steps. Just when she's starting to settle into her new life and is excited about making a difference...the murderer comes after her.
