Books have found a new home....

I have 16 Angela Thirkells.  All titles are wishlisted which is why I don't want to just get rid of these books.  The thing is that most are reading copies only because of various issues.  Two, maybe three,  would be repostable.  All the books have tight, clean text pages.  The issue is basically with the covers which are Pyramid covers and are dingy.  (These were printed in the 1970's).  i would like four credits for all of them, mainly for the two good copies and to cover the postage for the other fourteen.  Here are the titles.  Please email me if interested or you want more information.  These books are to be read and dumped when you find a better copy.

Summer Half-perfect condition  oversized Hogarth edition

Headmistress-repostable Pyramid edition 1972

These have issues with discoloration, fading, and a weird issue of what looks like water stains on the edges but can't be because the pages and covers have obviously never been wet...no waviness at all.  I suspect the green dye used on the page edges has something to do with the

Cheerfulness Breaks

Love Among the Ruins

Before Lunch

Happy Returns

Old Bank House

Duke's Daughter

The Brandons

Peace Breaks Out- cover NOT good but pages clean and tight

Miss Bunting

Growing Up

Marling Hall  (looks awful on the cover but pages tight and clean)

Country Chronicle

Northbridge Rectory

Pomret Towers

Or maybe I should just throw them into a Salvation Army bag....

Books are spoken for.......
