i took a bunch of books to my local used book store - they offered me so little i decided to post them all here instead.  some are like brand new - only read once.  am also posting some books i got here, but finally finished and am putting back into circulation - take a look; maybe you will find something you like :)

They aren't all british:

Gentian Hill by Elizabeth Goudge - published 1949, hardcover in good condition - has one name at top of first blank page that someone inked out.  gentian hill is a wonderful book and goudge's books can sometimes be difficult to get hold of

malice downstream - an erskine powell mystery by graham thomas

malice on the moors - an erskine powell mystery by graham thomas

malice in london - an erskine powell mystery by graham thomas

one good turn by kate atkinson  (like new)

murder she wrote: the highland fling murders

appleby house by sylvia smith ("delightful refreshingly candid account of a year spent in a boarding house in london's east end in the 1980's")  (library copy like new)

over the sea to death by gwen moffat  (a mystery with a location of the isle of skye)

kensington heights by leslie thomas  (author of 'the last detective' series featured on pbs mystery)

critical by robin cook  (like new)
