Hi all...

I just received a book (not from PBS).  It's a paperback and in great shape, except on the cover--bottom of the spine someone took a highlighter/marker and made an approximately  1/2 inch orange square.  Is this postable?  Other than that, the book is in great shape.

Laura,

That sounds like a remainder mark and as long as it hasn't bled into the text, it is postable.
