I received a book today that has water damage and stains on the back cover of the book.  I marked this book RWAP but I am not asking for my credit back or anything, the book is still readable. And truthfully this is a book that had the sender sent me a pm and told me about the damage I would have still given her a credit and told her to send it.  I just wanted to let PBS know just in case, ya know.  So my question is do I just mark this transaction resolved?  I have received a pm back from the sender saying the normal " it wasn't when I sent it." But is there anything else I have to do or is it ok to just mark this resolved? Thanks!

If you consider the situation resolved then go ahead. Recently I had a similar situation and I just marked it resolved right away, and mentioned in the message I sent that I was going to. The sender must have been satisfied with that as well becasue I didn't get any "it wasn't there when I sent it" message, which made me happy.
