I've noticed that people will post a message, then there will be a line and they have more info below that regarding all sorts of stuff - the book they're currently reading, the last book they read, info on their unpostables, info on bargains they're running, etc.  How do they get all that info there without either a) doing a cut and paste from a previous message (wouldn't they have to locate the message every time) or b) typing the info in every time they posted a message?  Thanks.  pat

Pat,

Do you mean signatures (like my reminder link and kitty pictures)?  If you go to My Account> Settings < Forum Settings it lets you edit your signature.  You type what you want there and/ or add pictures, and it will show up in all your posts.

So, yes, you do have to type in each time you want to change a message.  Be sure to click the "Update Forum Signature" button when you get done.  I've missed that before and have had to do it all over again.......sigh.
