I would mark it as RWP because you can't have loose pages and I would never mail a book if they had been taped back in. in other words, I'm not going to post a book if I have to add something to it to make it "postable." Just my opinion though. |

I'd mark it RWP stating: "Several pages that had come loose were taped back in place." Fairly obvious that the rules mean all pages intact as they were when the book was printed. |

Can you tell that the tape was put there because the pages had come loose and they were being put back in, or that maybe the tape was put there to stop further damage to the book and the pages were never actually loosened from the book? For me, if I couldn't tell that, I wouldn't mark it RWP. |
