I am having trouble moving books from my WL to my RL.  I go to the book, and click on RL, but nothing happens.

I am also having trouble on my main page.   When I click on the tab to view the books I've mailed out, nothing happens.

Also, I seem unable to post a book to another member.

Anybody know if PBS is having technical trouble?

I'm not having any issues...perhaps you need to reboot your computer...that usually works for me when I am having issues.

sometimes you have to hit that button twice to get it to work...no idea why but that is how it works for me some days.  same when I want to delete a book.

Hard-refresh is your friend.  If a button isn't working, hard-refresh the page it's on. For Windoze computers you do this by holding down the CTRL key and clicking F5.  For Mac, you do this by holding down the apple key and clicking Refresh on your browser.

Hard-refreshing means you force the browser to dump the cached version of whatever page you are on when you do the hard-refresh; if your browser is storing an old page that has been reprogrammed, it may just keep showing it to you (with nonfunctional buttons in this case) until you force it to discard the old page and load the new.  You can do this for every page at once by clearing your browser cache, but you can do it one page at a time using the hard-refresh.

Hope this helps!

Liese - I had that same trouble again today.  That Ctrl and F5 Hard Refresh trick worked!   Thank You.
