DH found his this morning with a big black and blue splotch in the screen covering up half the text.  He's only had it since Christmas last year.

Anyone else have this happen and what was your experience getting the warranty honored?

My dh and I both have Libres -  he reads his constantly.  No problems yet, but his does 'freeze' once in awhile.  Did you/he try to reset?  Leave it on, use a paperclip or toothpick to push in the reset and hold for 3 seconds, release and the unit should shut down then hold the power button in until the Aluretek logo shows on the screen.  If that doesn't work, call the tech support (toll-free).
