Hi to All:

I have tons of buttons I bought to start embellishing my jackets and etc.  Does anyone else do this or am I the only crazy one? LOL!!!

Best,

I do. I think they can be a fun way to add alittle kick to any project. I particularly like to use then to Make Flowers and little People.

Our girl scout troop just went to Savannah and we had matching t-shirts.  The sleeves on mine and my daughter's were really long so I folded them up and sewed on buttons to keep the folds in place. They looked really cute and I got lots of compliments.  I'm sewing a skirt with two outside pockets on which I'm going to fold down one side to the pocket and tack it down with a button.  Should look cute.  I also made a knitted red beret for a friend that belongs to the red hats and I decorated the front with the cutest "red hat" buttons.  So you see Cheryl you are not alone.
