Lately I have not been receiving some of the emails that PBS sends (notifications about granted requests or books requested from me, and reminders to mark books mailed) and I have missed out on some swaps because of it. I have checked the online help, and have done/checked everything they suggest. When I look in the "Club Communications" section, I see that emails have been sent to me, but I have not received them. Anyone else having this issue? |

Mine seems to be OK. I checked Club Communications and the messages there I received in my email. |

It's probably your e-mail software. It is either filtering them out, or placing them in Junk or Spam. Otherwise, your e-mail provider is doing this before it gets to you. Since the update, almost all my PBS mail goes to Junk. I have gmail. |

If your email is Yahoo then it's an ongoing problem that has not been fixed for all of us. I had to start a new email account on Gmail, one dedicated solely to PBS. The odd thing is that the SwapaDVD emails have now started to come again to my Yahoo account but they're happy sending the PBS emails to Gmail which leaves me stuck there because I don't care for Gmail at all. I hate PBS updates. |

I use Yahoo and I haven't been having any problem lately. |

Joy of joys, I complained yet again to TPTB via the 'contact us' button and they've finally put my emails back on Yahoo and I'm actually receiving them in the inbox. Better late than never. It looks like the squeaky wheel does eventually get the grease, but after a month's worth of loud and persistent squeaks. |

I didn't realize it until later, but today I started receiving PBS e-mails in my Inbox instead of my Spam folder. I have gmail. |
