I had two books waiting for WL acceptance.  When I came home I had emails saying each book was requested.  When I logged on only one was waiting for me to say I could mail, the other one is still WL pending.  I just posted it this morning so it hasn't had time to time out and go to the next one,  but just to be sure I checked and sure enough it is the same girl.  There is nothing in my transaction archive.

I just checked again, now 4 1/2 hrs later, and still shows pending, same member.

any ideas?

I'm guessing since no one answered you that no one was having problems.

It finally resolved itself, even though I have an email that shows that the book was accepted by the first gal, it eventually got accepted by a second WL.  I don't know what the problem was.  Even if WL #1 accepted and cancelled it doesn't show in my transaction archive, but I checked several times and it never showed as anything but pending until it moved on to the next WL, about 4 hrs later.

well - since you asked if anyone was having ANY glitches,  I want to reiterate that I cannot get my BIR list to stay in "descending" order when sorted. I like to have it sorted in descending order by date. That means page 1 contains the most recent books I've read, with the most recent one read as #1 in the list. However, pages 2-7 (last) of this is list is resorted into Ascending, meaing page 2 is the 2nd page of the books I read months or years ago, and page 7 (last page) contains the same books as page 1 but in reverse order. This problem appears in all 3 - author, date, title - ways of sorting and it is the same on my Mac and my Windows XP computers, both using Firefox as well as IE. It might appear in other lists, but none of them are over 2 pages, so I cannot tell.

What it means is I can never page through a list that is sorted in Descending order - only page 1 will ever show in descending order. This just started happening several days ago, but has not been resolved.

I have posted this issue here, and I have sent an email through the website to The Powers That Be but have not gotten any response.

So my glitch isn't the same as your glitch, but yeah, I'm experiencing a glitch today. Frustrated! Glad yours resolved.
