In the last two weeks, I've started having a problem with the site freezing up. It usually happens after the first couple of functions, then it just won't accept any activity. The only way to stop it is to log of and back on. Sometimes it continues for mutiple log ons. I've run all the diagnostics and everything checks out on my end. This is the only site it happens on. Any suggestions?

No problems for me using Firefox.

You might want to do a search of the forum.  There were some threads with others having problems using a particular browser.

There are several threads on this.  I moved form IE 7 to Firefox (PBS site) w/o any further issues.   Safari causes alot of problems and the help docs recommend moving form Sarfari to firefox.  I found that IE7 & IE 8 have problems (but IE8 - has problems with other microsoft products).  Also chrome is problematic also.  I run IE7 and Firefox on my computer.

My understanding and I do not have any documentation proving this or not - that this site was built using firefox and will operate better in the environment.  It isn't exactly the site that doesn't work with IE it is more Microsoft applied updates that is causing the issues.  Just me.

Firefox link

Make sure the version is compatible with your operating system

Geri - glad it is working - I can't believe the difference between the two browsers.
