In the last week or two I've noticed that some of my personal messages are not going to my email.  Last night I checked my email and saw that I had one PM telling me that a book had been received and a request for a book from my shelf.  So I went this site to mark that I would mail out the book, and found that I actually had three PMs.  Two of them had arrived earlier in the day, but for some reason did not go to my email.  The third one (sent later in the day) did go to my email.  I'm not having problems with requests for books, just the PMs.  I've double-checked my spam & deleted folders and the messages aren't showing up there either. 

Is anyone else having this problem?

I haven't been getting notices on the P.M.'s either.

My email notices have been sporadic for months.  I received a "thank you" email notice a couple of days ago.  But if someone just sends me a PM, I do not receive an email notice about it.  I've checked my settings, and they are correct.  The site should be sending me these email notices.  Unfortunately, I don't get them.  I'm on here often enough that I haven't contacted the team, but I guess maybe we should so they can investigate.

I am not sure if it will help or not but adding @paperbackswap to your safe sender list is a good idea.
