I need assistance with getting my book cover images on a couple of my posted books.  I went to "Live Help", but there was not one there.

I would really appreciate it if a BDC would PM me.

Im not a book image person but they have given us TGs some solutions for random problems. The first thing that comes to mind is to as which link you are using to try to upload your images. If your are trying to do it through the edit book data link it wont go through you have to use the Upload Book Covers link at the bottom of every page.

Sending a PM to you now.  It sounds as if Chris is correct and you are using the wrong link to add your images.  You need help from an Image Coordinator, not Data Coordinator.  The link from the Edit Book Data is broken and does not work.  I wish it would be removed.  So many people have tried to use that to upload their images not realizing it doesn't work.  (Including me, in my early days.) (I just sent in Feedback on this, with the idea that the more people bring it to PBS admins as a suggestion, the more likely it is to get fixed or removed.)

The only way to get a book image submitted is to use the Upload Book Covers link at the bottom of the page.

Also, you have to send a PM when using Live Help.  It isn't a "real time" discussion, like Live Chat.  But you send a PM and then one of the Tour Guides will send a response, hopefully within 15 minutes or so.

Everything Robin said, that link doesn't work and I'm not sure why it's still active since it causes so many problems for people trying to upload.

Other than that there are a few things that I mention in my sig file that will help with image uploading.
