Hey folks,
lately I have been struggling with my workouts because they got so boring to me.  I ordered some new workout DVD from my favorite trainer plus the turbo jam system.

So what's to say ? I never, never in my live would have imagined it can be addicting but boy, those are so much fun plus, I had immediate results at places I didn't even knew there are muscles to develop. LOL

The whole package isn't cheap but worth the 60 bucks. I got an introduction workout where you learn the moves while you already burn calories and tone the core muscles. A 40 minutes sculpt, 45 minutes cardio, 20 min quick cardio, 20 min ab and 50 minutes high cardio workout.

Flash-cards, guidebook and weighted gloves included.

I neglected my treadmill for over a week, shame on me, but I can't resist. First time since quite some time that I can't wait to do my workouts. :-)

I love it and just wanted to share. :-)

I've had all the Turbo Jams for a long time now (except most of the very newest ones), and I too enjoy them.  Usually I prefer more "serious" kickboxing, but TJ is just so much fun and Chalene Johnson is a hoot.  I call these my "feel good" workouts.  Any time I'm feeling down or pissy about having to work out, I do a Turbo Jam and I'm usually smiling within 10 min.  The great mood lasts all day!

I'm glad I'm not alone with these feelings. :-) I've been thinking about buzing the newer ones, too. I seriously need a break from the "serious" stuff.

I have thought about getting them but I have ZERO rhythm and wasn't sure I'd be able to do it justice.   I can do simple choreography, but expect me to keep a beat and I look like I have a medical problem.  :D  It looks like alot of fun though.

Malinda, I don't have any rhythm either. It didn't cause me any problems with this kind of workouts. :-)

I have Turbo Jam and enjoyed it for a bit, then quickly lost interest in it too. I just have to go to the gym and go to the classes.
