I have seen 2 types made and have made 1 or 2 myself. The ones that are just diapers around a bottle of baby lotion are the simplest and can easily be dressed up by using diapers with a cute print, a bit of ribbon and a little pair of baby shoes on top. The more professional looking ones involve Creating the diaper layer and then taking a folded receiving blanket (the thinner kind that come in 4 packs of so) and wrapping it around the diapers that make up the tier. It gives it a more finished look and then of course, ribbon and other things can be used to liven it up. Hope that helps. I think they would be fabulous in the gifts section.
