DH got me the first three Vampire Academy books by Richelle Mead.  The local library got the first one, and it was great, but then they negelected to get the sequels.  We both almost always buy used books, but he ordered these new so that I would definitely be able to post them on here when I was done.  :)  He is learning well...

First year in 2008 that I didn't get Amazon gift cards.... bummer..  But I have this week off work, new Christine Feehan coming out today (got my message from her website) so once I get to store today will now have new book to read.

I made a list of all my favorite authors (Christene Feehan, Yasmine Galenorn, Laurell Hamilton, Sherrlyn Kenyon, Marjorie Liu, Charlaine Harris, JR Ward, Lynsay Sands to name a few) hopped on their websites and now have a list of their books coming out for the year!

Read and already swapped Dead After Dark... it was OK..

Also read and already swapped All I Want For Christmas Is A Vampire... I like this series by Kerrelyn Sparks.

Birthday in January so there is still hope for the Amazon gift cards as I've made more than a few "hints" on the matter!

For now "killing time" by going back, started at book 1 of the Anita Blake series and re-reading them.  Currently up to Narcissus In Chains and going strong.  Waiting (it's on my wish list) for book 4 of Hamilton's Meredith Gentry series and then I can start reading that series.
