I have heard they are excellent and I came across several of them in a donations bag for our library. I don't read this type of book, but the kids around 10-12 are checking them out of the library and the author has a good reputation. You can have both copies for 1 credit. The Journey, book 2 and the Rescue Book 3 . They look brand new and in never read condition. My shelf is on hold at the moment so PM me and you can send me your address and buddy me the credit. Pam |

These books are wonderful. They are very entertaining and have factual info on owls. My son has read the first 4 and I myself have read the first 3. Hope that helps. Stacy |

I have read the series and they're so good I've gotten each one as soon as it came out since I first started the series in 2003. It's a really good animal fantasy series, focusing on owls. I think he'd like them. And they're not hard, they read easy.
;-) Good luck! -Rebekah |

I have read the first seven Guardians Of Ga'hoole. I believe that the series consists of about fourteen books now, but haven't yet read past the seventh as our library has yet to order any beyond that. Another series that I would greatly recommend is "Warriors" by Erin Hunter. It is a lot like the Guardians of Ga'hoole series except it is based on cats rather then on owls.

I've read every one of them, and I liked the first 6 or so... the rest are ok and the last one had the worst ending to a series I've ever seen. |
