My nephew loves football and baseball.  I found a copy of The story of football by .  Is this any good?  Can anyone recommend a good book about the history of either of these two sports?  Age range doesn't matter.  I'm looking for books that go all the way back to the beginning of the sport.

"Lords of the Realm", by John Heyler covers baseball history from the late 1800's through 1995.  That may be of interest and is available to order.
