Same page.  As I have a cold right now i am going very slow.  I have found when I get off track and try to get going again slow works better as You don't get so discouraged.  I am doing push up challange only while I am on this cold.    Today I did  15 and then 25 crunches on the ball and was pooped!  LOL  I can't wait to get feeling better to do the tread mill.  I walk out side in the summer but this winter weather keeps me in!

I did a ten minute ab workout I couldnt make it through they should really warn you if it is advanced or not...or maybe it was'nt :-) walking is what I love to do but doing the power mile is more effective I work up a sweat in a mile compared to walking pretty fast doing 2 miles..

I am very slow too, doing things in small chunks of time because of various health problems

yes, I am not very motivated to exercise, tho I really need to for my health.  I would much rather read or watch TV.  I just got the Wii fitness, and am trying to do some short work outs. I am not the type to get out and walk in the streets. I have to make my self do the few exercises that I am doing.

I used to run every day (for about a month) when I lived in TN but then I moved to TX in the summertime. Enough said.

Now I'm in VA and live about a mile, mile and a half from a gym but I'm pregnant. I can't wait to get back to it (due date: April 3) but I'm sure I'll be starting out a little slow, too. More than that, though, I'm just looking forwarad to a semi-normal physical state.

The way this pregnancy has affected me emotionally concerns me in the area of postpartum depression...but I'm sure that's different altogether. Exercise will be (and has been) my first step (and only necessary step thus far) to feeling better emotionally and mentally. Right now, I do a very mild (mostly stretches) workout with 15-oz. cans of chili. :P

I started out by not drinking pop/soda and lost 28 lbs....then came the herbalife diet and excersize...i do a 20 min workout in the mornings and can't wait til it warms up here to go walking!!!  I also do some stair steps on my stairway and park in the way back of the parking lot when i do my shopping.  It is slow going, but every little bit counts!!!

I've been working at it slowly for a while too.  I started counting calories around Thanksgiving time, but gave that up in exchange for exercising and just being more careful about my diet a few weeks later.  I've lost around 12-15 lbs, which is much slower than I would have hoped but I'm just glad the scale is going down at all!
