This had lots of action from beginning to end. It has true events and historic figures mixed with fictional characters and occurrences. I liked it but it read too much as an alternate history that delved into the unrealistic. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it didn't quite deliver for me. I think that's just me though since it has many rave reviews. Most folks would probably find it exciting.
