Well, there are over 200 wishers for the hardback version. I purchased the trade paperback version this afternoon when I saw it available. Only 15 people have this version on their WL and I just posted the hardback version to my WL to see if the trade version would also be offered up as a choice...and it did not. I was very surprised. If anyone wants to add the trade paperback version to their WL, here is the information you'll need:

I just submitted a data edit to add the series info in the title to match the other edition.  Maybe that'll help link them up.
