Is this a new button? I went to order a book, and on the same page as the "process this order", just below the "cancel this order" is an options that says "do not apply my requestor conditions to this order". I haven't seen this before. It might help in some situation, assuming you only had a single RC, like with regard to "all hardcovers must have the dust jacket", so that if you were ordering a paperback, you could exclude the RC so the sender wouldn't get confused or automatically cancel.

Anyway, I'm probably just a little slow on the uptake - I just noticed this today.
