I have not added an exercise log in a while. Just tried to do it through Self magazine and couldn't get it to work. I have a recent stress fracture from running. UGH!!! So I am frustrated. I lost the 5 lbs I wanted to lose last year then put it back on over the holidays. So here I go again!!!!! March 25 - shoveled the snow in the driveway - 60 minutes 26 - exercise bike - 30 minutes / 6.5 miles 27 - The Firm Ab Scuplt DVD, 20 minutes of Jillian Kettlebell workout level 1 28 - 30 minute walk with Dog 29 - The Firm upper body workout 30 - 30 minutes on Elliptical and AB routine with weights 31 - Happy Easter!!!! April 1 - 30 minutes on Elliptical and upper body workout with weights 2 - 30 minutes on Elliptical 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 -
