Can anyone recc. a good book on aromatherapy?  I have one by Scott Cunningham and really like it, but I am looking for something more mainstream and with more information.

Thank you.  :)

"The Complete Book of Essential OIls and Aromatherapy," by Valerie Ann Worwood

"The Aromatherapy Companion," by Victoria Edwards.

The companion is a little "easier" and more basic, the other is just a tad more technical (that's not the best word but maybe you get the gist of it), and has more information. Both are very mainstream, and I got them as a beginner and found them easy to deal with and generally excellent.

Both were recommended in a class I took.

The book by Worwood is very good...also Gary Young has a fabulous book on essential oils...there is also a smaller companion book thats good as a quick reference.  What type of information were you looking for?
