Disappointed. Thought this was going be a more substantial thought piece on what it means to be a "lady." Very basic advice. Grown women know they need to service their car, not gossip, say thank you, etc - at this point in your life you're either doing it or you're not. This book could be appropriate for teenage girls - coupled with a follow up conversation about the standards and societal expectations of womanhood.
