I'm just wondering how many of you use Artfire rather than Etsy.  I'm working on setting up my account to sell on Artfire.  Have you had any luck on there?  How many people sell on Etsy and make money on there?

I'm working on setting up my Artfire shop and if anyone would like to critique my shop, I would love that.  I'm not really sure what they're supposed to look like, but I'm trying my best and hoping to sell some of my homemade things to pay for my crafting habit.

I set up a booth in bonanza with my quilling a couple of weeks ago (they do have almost 460,000 users). No sales yet, but quite a few lookers.  And the site is really easy to use and crop pictures, etc. And its free to have a booth, you pay when you sell.   I looked at etsy but the site is so massive, seems confusing. I looked at artfire and was thinking I should set up a shop there too. More shops, more lookers............

I am on Etsy.  I don't make a lot of money there, but I'm in it mostly as a hobby.   I know a lot of Etsy sellers also have Artfire accounts, so there's no reason to limit selling to just one site.

I get the impression a lot of people have shops in both. Etsy is way huger of course - nice there are so many shoppers but hard to get noticed since there are so many vendors! maybe it depends what you sell. I do jewelry and there are SO many other jewelry people it's a real tough racket. I don't sell on either.

I have a new shop on bonanza and artfire. Has anyone heard anything about zibbet??  Once I had all the pictures on my computer for bonanza, it was easy to do artfire....now I am thinking about zibbet.  Any information out there??
