This was the best birthday gift I have ever recieved....yes birthday gift someone made it for me and being the good person I am I want to share this wonderful artery clogging dip.

 

1 can artichoke hearts (in water)---I have also used bambo shoots by accident and was just as good.  Found this in my canned veg. isle.

1 pkg parmesan cheese

1 cup Helmans mayo

I start by chopping up the artichoke hearts in a bowl, make sure you drain them.  Once cut up add 1 cup of helmans, then 1 cup of parmesan cheese.  Mix all the ingredients together, bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes (I bake it for about 20 minutes or until all cheese is melted and the top starts to get golden brown.) 

Serve with Triscuts.

You do not have to use the whole package of parm (but I do).  If you like it cheesey add 2 cups...I love cheese!
