Ingredients
  • 2 packages - Romen noodles, any flavor, crumbled. Spice packets reserved.
  • 1 cup - almonds, sliced and toasted
  • 1 cup - sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 1 bunch - green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag - coleslaw mix
  • 3/4 cup - veggie oil
  • 1/4 cup - sugar or Agave sweetner
  • 1/3 cup - white vinegar
Directions

Place  crumbled noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl with the slaw and green onions.  Toss.

Whisk together the oil, sugar and vinegar, may add some of the reserved spice packets if desired. Toss with the salad and serve.
