If you want a genre specific deal, is it ok to post it on, say, the Fantasy forum?  Or can you only do that on the book bazaar forum?

It's best to keep in the book bazaar forum.  Or put it in your signature. They discourage those kind of posts in the genre forums because then they get clocked up with deal offers and the actual discussion threads get lost.  On the L&R board we have one thread going where people can show off their shelf and say what they're looking for. 

I've had good luck just putting something like that in my signature.  But I post a lot.

Deborah,  the L&R board is the Love and Romance Forum.  Your signature is at the bottom of your posts if you put any text or pics there under My account> Settings.  Also, you can turn them on and off there too.  Mine are the Tigger and Hello Kitty, etc.
