The Starfleet Corps of Engineers and the good ship Leonardo da Vince ride again. This time they have to deal with a small colony with holes punched in it, a larger colony with great big creatures from another dimension wandering through it, and a planet that has a huge computer that they dont exactly know how to run. Oh, I forgot the ambush that they have to escape in order to save all the people in a mining group.

The characters remain interesting and the engineering isnt too over whelming.
